CGST 5th Amendment Rules, 2019

On July 18, 2019, CBIC has notified fifth amendments rules, 2019 vide Notification No. 33/2019-Central Tax. These rules have provided changes in refund application, a facility for unblocking of the generation of the e-way bill, the surrender of enrolment of GST practitioner certificate, etc.
