Deadline for filing of DIR-3 KYC form extended to Sep 15, 2018 by MCA

MCA has extended the last date of filing DIR-3 KYC form without late fee from Aug 31, 2018 to Sep 15, 2018. Rs. 5000 shall be payable on or after the Sep 16, 2018. Every Director who have been allotted DIN as on or before March 31 of a financial year have to submit e-form DIR-3KYC with MCA.
